For over 51 years we have built homes for families across the Upper North Shore and Northern Districts. Bring your own plans, start from one of our designs, or work with an architect we trust. Whichever way you begin, we look after the whole job, from approvals and demolition through to the pool and the garden.

Love the street but not the house? We handle the approvals, the demolition and the new build, so you deal with one builder the whole way. Most of the homes in our portfolio started like this.

Brett Walter is on site every day, on every job. You won't be handed over to a foreman or a subcontractor. When you have a question, you talk to the owner.
51+ years of proven experience
Brett started as an apprentice in 1975 and set up his first building company in 1979. Since then we have built homes on the Mid North Coast, in Queensland, through the Hills District and across the North Shore.
Repeat and referred clients
Many of our clients are building their second or third home, and plenty of them have built with us before. Others come to us because a friend or neighbour did.
Deep local knowledge
We have been building on the Upper North Shore and in the Northern Districts for decades. We know the councils, the ground and what suits each street, so there are fewer surprises along the way.

We won our first industry award in 1990, and more than 30 have followed from the Master Builders Association, the HIA and local council.

From First Call to Front Door
Consultation
It starts with a chat. Tell us about your block, what you have in mind and when you would like to move in. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Design & Approval
We work from your architect's plans or one of our designs, take care of the council approvals and agree on a fixed price before any work starts.
Build & Handover
Brett is on site every day, from the slab to the day we hand you the keys. Once you have moved in, we are still only a phone call away.
